Supplies for three-dimensional art can be stored in craft carts with drawers, just like paint supplies. You can even purchase craft carts on wheels to increase the ease with which you can relocate your supplies if you work in multiple rooms. These carts have numerous plastic bins which you can use to store beads, cord, wire, string, and more. You can also store tools like pliers and hammers in bins to keep them organized.
Making art is fun, but dealing with a mess is not, and searching everywhere for supplies generally isn’t part of the appeal which art has to many artists. Instead of spending your artistic time looking for your paints, beads, papers and more, consider spending a few hours setting up a plastic bin system for art supply storage. Then you can spend more of your time doing art in the future!
